Managing Change
As human beings, we are more comfortable with consistency even though change has become an everyday fact of business life. Introducing change should be a planned part of your project, enabling leaders to guide others through the process. In a half day session, leaders will learn how to develop skills to build the commitment of staff affected by the change and reduce the risk of failure. Effective change management can be a competitive advantage.
