Leadership Development
Our Leadership Development Program is designed for managerial staff to deal with the people-related problems in your organization by building their own toolkit. The Program runs over a period of at least 8 sessions and is supported with Executive Coaching to support change. Participants will identify their own learning characteristics to build their strengths, enhance conflict skills and improve relationships. You will complete assessments, receive individual feedback and the opportunity to apply new material while discussing best practices with other business people.
