Northern Shuswap Tribal Council and related Bands

The four communities of Soda Creek, Canoe Creek, Canim Lake and Williams Lake along with, the Northern Shuswap Tribal Council worked extensively with Susan McIntyre in Human Resource development.  The results: the four communities and tribal council have implemented a common employee policy and procedure manual, salary grid and job descriptions.  Susan’s dedication to this task and the resulting policies have enhanced our work environment.  Susan did an excellent job, was easy to work with and provided follow up service beyond the contract requirements.
